The mission is to define all the services related to the lending process on a high level including all relevant business areas like
sales, operations and analytics, defining all the subdomains and services for lending.
Objectives and Scope
- Define all the services covering lending/loans on a high level
- Define all the relevant domains/sub domains covering lending/loans including a description of their responsibilities and capabilities
- Define use cases around lending/loans and define the required services
- Define the relevant Business Objects.
- Define the cuts between the business areas (sales vs. operations, eventually analytics)
- Completion of the existing draft developed by IVN
- Prepare the paper for publishing

- Service Definitions on BIAN level 1
- BO Model – on a level of abstraction provided by IVN
- Further deliverables (eg. Definition of Services on further levels of detail, Definition of processes/use cases)
