The mission is to create additional and finalize existing Service Definitions and Service Landscape definitions in the area of analytics.

Objectives and Scope

  • Definition of Service Landscape: In scope is the complete Business Area Analytics except Sub domain Enterprise Planning
  • Definition of Services: In scope is the Business Area Analytics except: - Domain Market Oriented Analytics and Customer Behaviour and further sub domains of this domain; - Sub domain Enterprise Planning
  • Use existing Service Definitions of IVN in the business area of analytics for a fast publication of results.
  • Finalize and approve Service Definitions on BIAN level 1 for the domain Finance and Risk Valuation in the Areas of Credit Risk and Market Risk

Deliverables

  • Definition of Service Landscape: In scope is the complete Business Area Analytics except Sub domain Enterprise Planning
  • Service Definitions on BIAN level 1 and 2: Overview Document for Detailed Definition of Business Area Analytics and it’s Domains based on existing definitions from IVN
  • Definition of concrete Services in the Domains: - Finance and Risk Valuation; - Cross Analytical Data and Methods; - Enterprise Level Reporting, Strategy Management except Enterprise Planning
  • Definition of Domain Market Oriented Analytics and Customer Behaviour including further Sub Domains
  • Definition of BO Model as needed
